How do I book RCR Campsite?
Click BOOK NOW, select your preferred date and stay package, then follow the booking steps to reserve.
How can I check availability?
Our booking calendar shows available dates in real time. Select BOOK NOW to view the calendar.
Is a reservation required?
Yes. Advance reservation is required to secure your preferred date and allow our team to prepare for your stay.
How much is the reservation deposit?
A ₱3,000 reservation deposit is paid online to secure your booking and is deducted from your total. The remaining balance is settled upon arrival, before check-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
The ₱3,000 reservation deposit is paid online via GCash, QRPh, or credit/debit card. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival via GCash or BPI transfer.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling is subject to RCR's booking policy and date availability. Rebooking requires at least 7 days' notice. Please contact the RCR Team for assistance.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your booking date are eligible for a refund of the reservation deposit. Within 7 days, the ₱3,000 reservation deposit is forfeited.

RATES & INCLUSIONS
Rates, promos, what’s included, add-ons and guest capacity.
What are your rates?
Day Experience starts at ₱6,000, Overnight Experience at ₱9,000, and Full Experience at ₱14,000, all good for 2 guests.
How much is an additional guest?
Additional guests are ₱1,000/person, subject to the maximum capacity of your selected package. Each additional guest receives the included amenities, guest essentials/kit, towels, RCR robe and applicable complimentary meal(s) for the selected stay.
Do children pay?
Children 7 years old and below stay free, but they count toward the package's maximum capacity (Day Experience: 10 guests; Overnight Experience and Full Experience: 8 guests).
What is included in my stay?
All packages include exclusive use of RCR (Private Villa, Heated Jacuzzi, Golf Area, Speakeasy Lounge Bar and Firepit), plus grill & kitchen use, drinking water, hygiene essentials, towels and RCR robes.
Are meals included?
Yes. Day Experience includes lunch, Overnight Experience includes dinner + breakfast basket, and Full Experience includes lunch + dinner + breakfast basket.
Are Experience Add-Ons included?
No. Experience bundles and individual add-ons are optional and can be added to your stay while booking.
Do you offer promos or discounts?
Any available promotions or special offers will be announced through RCR's official channels. Terms may apply.
Are there any other fees?
Additional charges apply only when applicable, such as additional guests, pets, selected Experience Add-Ons, time extensions or special arrangements. Any charges will be confirmed before payment. A ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is collected upon arrival.

Do you offer a Day Experience?
Yes. Our Day Experience is ₱6,000 for 2 guests, from 11 AM–6 PM, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Additional guests are ₱1,000/person.
What is included in the Day Experience?
The Day Experience includes exclusive use of RCR, access to all main amenities, complimentary lunch, guest essentials/kit, towels and RCR robes.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. RCR is strictly by reservation. We do not accept walk-in guests to maintain the privacy of booked guests and ensure the property is fully prepared before every stay.
Can we book on the same day?
Online bookings close 24 hours before check-in. For bookings within 24 hours, please contact the RCR Team directly, subject to availability and preparation time.
Can we visit RCR without a booking?
No. Access to the property is reserved for confirmed guests and scheduled appointments only.

Can we bring outside food & drinks?
Yes. Outside food and beverages are allowed. Grill and kitchen facilities are available for guest use.
Are visitors allowed?
Only registered and paid guests may enter RCR. Additional guests must be declared and paid before entry, subject to package capacity.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. ₱500/pet per stay, maximum of 2 pets per booking. Only small to medium-sized pets under 20 kg are permitted. Please inform us when booking. Pets must wear diapers when indoors and are not allowed on beds or in the jacuzzi. Please bring your pet's bed, diapers, leash, and food and water bowls.
Can we smoke or vape?
Smoking is permitted only in the designated Firepit Area. It is strictly prohibited inside the Villa, Lounge Bar and Jacuzzi area.
Can we use karaoke & play music?
Yes. Please keep noise at a moderate level after 10:00 PM out of respect for the surrounding community.
Can we use all amenities?
Yes. Your group has exclusive use of the amenities included in your package during your reserved stay.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Children must be supervised by an adult, particularly around the Jacuzzi, Firepit and outdoor areas.
What happens if something is damaged?
Damage, loss or excessive staining caused during the stay may incur corresponding charges.
Can we extend our stay?
Yes, subject to availability and prior approval. An approved extension is charged at 30% of the booked package price and must be approved before your scheduled check-out.
Do we need to follow check-in/check-out times?
Yes. Please observe your package schedule to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation between bookings. On checkout day, jacuzzi use ends 30 minutes before your checkout time.
Do we need to acknowledge the House Rules?
Yes. You'll agree to the House Rules when booking, and the booking guest is responsible for ensuring everyone in their group follows them.
