A ₱3,000 reservation fee is required to secure the booking. Cancellation and rebooking are subject to RCR Campsite's stated Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay. Applicable replacement or repair charges will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately when necessary.

Pets must have their own bed and wear diapers when indoors. Please refer to the Pet Policy below.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa, Lounge Bar, and Jacuzzi area. Smoking is permitted only in the designated Firepit Area.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. RCR Campsite is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen during the stay, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests must observe their confirmed check-in and check-out times to allow proper preparation for succeeding bookings.

Please dispose of waste using the designated garbage bins provided throughout the campsite.

Robes, slippers, sanitizer sprays, and other reusable campsite items are provided for use during your stay only and must not be taken home.

Missing or damaged RCR Campsite property may be charged to the registered guest based on the applicable replacement or repair cost.

Guests are expected to use all facilities and amenities responsibly and follow safety instructions provided by RCR Campsite.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or seriously disruptive behavior toward staff or other persons on the property will not be tolerated. RCR Campsite reserves the right to take appropriate action when necessary.

The remaining booking balance must be fully settled before guests are given access to the campsite and its amenities.

Extensions are subject to availability and prior approval. An approved extension will be charged at 30% of the booked package price.

Jacuzzi use ends 30 minutes before the scheduled checkout time to allow our caretaker to clean and prepare the facility for the next guests. Please keep the jacuzzi access area available to staff during this period.

You're welcome to enjoy the Lounge Bar and Firepit Karaoke Stage; however, noise must be kept at a moderate level after 10:00 PM out of consideration for the surrounding community and in accordance with applicable local noise regulations.

Virtual and on-site staff assistance is available until 7:00 PM. Please send non-emergency requests or concerns before the service cut-off so our team can assist you properly.

At RCR Campsite, we welcome your fur babies. Guests bringing pets agree to the following:
• Advance notice is required upon booking.
• Maximum of 2 pets per booking.
• Only small to medium-sized pets weighing under 20 kg each are permitted.
• Guests must bring their pet's bed, diapers, leash, food and water bowls, and other necessary supplies.
• Pets must be supervised and appropriately restrained when necessary.
• Pets are not permitted on beds or inside the jacuzzi.
• Owners must clean up after their pets at all times.
• Any damage caused by a pet may be charged to the registered guest.
• Aggressive or excessively disruptive pets may be required to leave the property for the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
• Pet Fee: ₱500 per pet.
